A Clean Workflow for Merging, Splitting, and Extracting PDF Pages
Organize PDF files locally in your browser while preserving page order and checking the output before download.
Start with the right workflow
PDF organization usually comes down to three operations: combining complete files, separating every page, or extracting a selected set of pages.
What to know, step 2
Before merging, rename the source files clearly and select them in the exact order required. The merged document follows that file order and preserves the page order inside each source.
What to know, step 3
Use splitting when every page needs to become an individual file. For a small selection such as pages 1, 3, and 5, extraction is faster and creates only one focused output document.
What to know, step 4
Always open the generated preview before downloading. Check the page count, the first and last page, and any boundary where two source documents meet.
Put it into practice
Browser-side PDF processing avoids uploading routine documents to a remote conversion server, but very large documents should still be handled in smaller batches.
